RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Normaknowz LLC stands behind the quality of our professional resources and merchandise. Please review our policies regarding returns, exchanges, and missing items below.

1. General Return Policy (U.S. Orders)

We offer returns on most physical merchandise within 14 days of the delivery date only in cases of manufacturing faults or damage.

  • Custom Items: Because our items are custom-made, we do not offer refunds for incorrect sizing. We only accept returns for structural faults, damages, or misprints.

  • Condition: To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags and barcodes intact. Photos of the damage must be emailed to normaknowz@gmail.com as proof.

  • Exempt Items: We do not accept returns on:

    • Digital Products & E-books (Non-refundable).

    • Signed Books (unless damaged during transit).

    • Intimate/sanitary goods or hazardous materials.

2. International Orders

  • Returns: Accepted only for faulty or damaged goods. All shipping fees and duties are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges on international orders.

3. Exchanges (U.S. Only)

Exchanges are only provided for print faults, product defects, or damages. If you require a different style or size, a new order must be placed. All shipping fees for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the fault is ours.

4. Missing or Lost Packages

  • Missing Items: Please check packaging thoroughly as items may ship separately. You must report missing items within 7 days of delivery by emailing photos of the shipping label and packaging to normaknowz@gmail.com.

  • Lost/Stolen Packages: Normaknowz LLC is not liable for misplaced or stolen packages if the tracking confirms delivery to the correct address provided at checkout.

5. Refunds & Processing

  • Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Timeline: Approved refunds are processed to the original form of payment within 3–7 business days.

  • Late Refunds: If you haven’t received a confirmed refund after 7 days, please contact your financial institution before reaching out to us.

6. Order Cancellations

Our manufacturing process begins immediately upon order placement. Therefore, we cannot cancel or amend orders (address, size, or payment method) once they are submitted. For orders placed on weekends or bank holidays, you may request a cancellation within 24 hours, though it is not guaranteed.
