Engagements & Consultations
Can I cancel once a purchase or booking has been made? All purchases for consulting services, keynote addresses, and strategic sessions are final. While we do not offer refunds, you may reschedule your session within a 48-hour notice period.
Is there a time limit to utilize purchased sessions? Yes. Sessions and credit packages should be utilized within 3 months of purchase. We understand that emergencies happen; special extensions for unforeseen circumstances may be granted upon request.
Can I purchase additional session packages once mine are completed? Absolutely. You may secure as many strategic packages as necessary to meet your organizational or professional goals.
Can I participate in group workshops and private consulting simultaneously? Yes. Many clients find that pairing private executive sessions with team workshops provides the most comprehensive results. We recommend balancing your schedule to ensure you have time to implement the strategies discussed.
Logistics & Scale
What is the capacity for group workshops and seminars? For corporate and institutional briefings, we can accommodate up to 500 attendees (larger groups may be accommodated upon request). Regular professional group sessions are typically capped at 50 participants to ensure quality engagement.
Do you offer in-person office visits or site consultations? Yes. While we utilize video conferencing and phone consultations for global reach, on-site institutional visits and in-person executive briefings are available and encouraged for local and regional contracts.
Payments & Infrastructure
What forms of payment are accepted? We accept most major forms of payment, including Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Zelle, and CashApp. For government and corporate contracts, we also process payments via standard ACH transfer and corporate check.
When will merchandise and books be available for purchase? Our flagship resources, including the "Peace of Mind Planner" and official Normaknowz merchandise, are currently available for purchase directly through our online store.
